They were prompt to respond and were very courteous in answering my question.A nice piece my wife loved itIt does not look like the photo. The photo shows a bright blue arc reactor, in person is is very dullWe have been waiting, my daughter and i for more than three weeks for this garbage.No no no first bad shipment then bad communication with the supplier, bad product description and bad product design.the photos say more you can look at them and you will have the answer.and for Fa Gifts if they do not make a good product don't sell don't deceive people
